At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the present, the petitioner will be satisfied in case the respondents are directed to decide his pending representation dated 10.10.2023 in a time bound manner. 2.

Mr. Ankit Raj, learned counsel for the respondents appears on advance notice and submits that the respondents have no objection to this limited prayer made by the petitioner.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by directing the respondents to decide the petitioner's representation dated 10.10.2023 within a period of eight weeks by passing a reasoned and speaking order. 5.
