CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJIV KHANNA HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE NAJMI WAZIRI

O R D E R

% 19.02.2016 Mr. Raman Kapur, learned senior counsel with reference to order dated 18th January, 2016 has submitted that the respondents have still not furnished the documents relied upon in the charge sheet and this fact has not been noticed in the impugned order dated 1st February, 2016. Mr. Raman Kapur has today in the Court furnished the said list of documents to the counsel for the respondents. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that these documents have already been furnished, but in view of the prayer made and to avoid any controversy, another set would be supplied to the counsel for the petitioner within ten days in terms of the list at pages 206207.

Another grievance raised by the petitioner is that MA No. 383/2016 for interim relief has been disposed of. We perceive and believe that the said observation in the order dated 1st February, 2016, has been made as the petitioner herein has also made a similar prayer for interim relief in the OA itself. The prayer in the OA, it is apparent from the order dated 1st February, 2016 is pending and would be considered on the next date of hearing. With the aforesaid clarification, we dispose of the present writ petition. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is urgency in the matter. It will be open to the petitioner to raise the said contention before the tribunal.
