% 02.02.2016 The Official Liquidator has filed the Report pursuant to the final judgment of this Court dated 02.03.2015. It is submitted on behalf of respondent no.1/M/s Ceylon Biscuits Pvt. Ltd. that the said party has objections to the report. This Court notices that under the Company Court Rules, 1959, such reports can be objected to/appealed against within 21 days. Counsel submits that such report would be availed of within the time prescribed. In case, such an appeal or objection is filed by M/s Ceylon Biscuits Pvt. Ltd. or any other party, the learned Single Judge is requested to consider and decide on it at

the earliest convenience given that in this case PSPCL is entitled to the electricity and wheeling charges, under Section 436 of the Companies Act for the period when the company was under Court's supervision during liquidation.
