This application has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short, 'Cr.P.C.') praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant in FIR No. 585/2022 registered at Police Station:

Dwarka, North, Delhi under Sections 420/468/467/471/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (in short, 'IPC').

This Court vide Order dated 14.11.2022, had taken note of the allegations made against the applicant, and no interim protection has been granted to the applicant till date.

The learned APP, on instructions, submits that the applicant has not joined the investigation and, in fact, Non-Bailable Warrants have been issued against him.

In the morning when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the applicant was asked if the applicant would be ready and willing to appear before this Court in person. In view of the above, I find no merit in the present petition. The same is dismissed.
