At this stage, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner on instructions does not press the relief with respect to resignation. He however, submits that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation to the Bank against her transfer considering that the Petitioner has some personal problems including the fact that she is planning a family and needs to be back to Delhi. It is also stated that the Petitioner will not be averse to transfer to any other branch of the Bank in Delhi. 2.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioner to make a representation to the Respondent to consider transferring her back to Delhi, may be to another Branch of the Bank, on compassionate grounds. As and when the representation is received, the same shall be considered by the Competent Authority of the Respondent looking to the compassionate grounds set forth by the Petitioner with an independent mind.
