This application has been filed by the respondent, seeking modification of order dated 16th April 2025, passed by this Court. 2.

It is clarified in the said application that break-up of amount, which is payable to petitioner, is as under:

An amount of Rs.3,71,204/- has been remitted to the petitioner. Counsel for petitioner acknowledges the same. 4.

Basis this undertaking by respondent, the application is allowed. Petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner, to approach the Court, in case there is any continued infraction.
