The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FSL report has not been filed and the matter is at the stage of arguments on charge and is listed on 09.04.2024 before the learned Trial Court. 2.

On the other hand, the learned APP for the State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, who is present in Court, states that the FSL report has been filed and the arguments are likely to take place on the next date of hearing fixed before the learned Trial Court. 3.

The learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the hearing of arguments on the question of framing of charges. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the learned Trial Court for the bail at an appropriate stage.
