Exemption is granted, subject to all just exceptions. 2.

The Applicant shall file legible and clearer copies of exempted documents, compliant with practice rules, before the next date of hearing. 3.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. W.P.(C) 9993/2024& CM APPL. 40926/2024 (application under Section 151 of the CPC for interim directions) 4.

Through this present writ petition, the short grievance of the Petitioner is that the depositions recorded before Respondent No. 2 and all the documentary evidence which have been relied upon in the inquiry report have not been furnished to the Petitioner.

Counsel for the Respondent No.1 states that they have no objection to such a request, and they shall provide the same within a period of four weeks.

If any redaction is required to be made, Respondent No.1 shall do so and comply with the Petitioner's request as noted above within the timelines as assured to the court by counsel for Respondent No.1. 7.

The Petitioner's timelines for preferring an appeal against the decision and findings of Respondent No.2 shall commence from the date of furnishing of the documents hereinabove.

With the above directions, the present petition is disposed of along with pending application.
