The grievance of the Petitioner is that a complaint was filed 24th June, 2023 before the ACP, P.S. Timarpur Sub-Division, Delhi and a reminder was sent on 1st August, 2023, alleging that Respondent No. 5 had committed a rape, however, no action was taken. In such background, the Petitioner seeks the following reliefs:

"a) Directing issuance of a writ(s), or direction(s), or order(s) to the respondent's authority i.e. Respondents No.2 to No.4 for taking necessary legal action against Respondent No.5 & his associates as per provisions of law without any further delay.

b) Directing issuance of a writ(s), or direction(s), or order(s) to the respondents authority i.e. Respondents No.2 to No.4 taking immediate stern legal action for registering FIR on commission of heinous crimes /rape upon the petitioner by the Respondent No.5 under relevant sections of IPC and investigating the matter as per law vide complaint dated 26.06.23 c) Directing issuance of a writ(s), or direction(s), or order(s) to the Respondents No.1 & No.5 to compensate the Petitioner with a sum of Rs.1 Crore (Rupees One Crore only) for harassing, humiliating, blackmailing the Petitioner sexually, physically, mentally.

against the Petitioner in future.

e) an order may be passed in favour of the Petitioner against the Respondents toward the litigation charges of the present petition." 2.

Mr. Sanjay Lao, Standing Counsel for State confirms that on the Petitioner's complaint, an FIR has been lodged on 8th February, 2025. 3.

In light of the foregoing, without going into the merits of the case, since an FIR has been registered, no further directions are required to be passed.

In case the Petitioner has any grievance with respect to the investigation or any other issue arising from and in relation to the aforenoted FIR, the Petitioner shall be at liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedies, in accordance with law.

The relief sought by Petitioner for compensation can also be raised before the concerned Court, in accordance with law. 6.
