O R D E R

% 16.02.2018 Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Sanjeev Kumar of police station Shakarpur. Respondent no.2 submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioner vide Compromise Deed dated 24th August, 2017 of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. He has no objection in case the present FIR No. 1007/2013 under Sections 308/506/34 IPC registered at police station Shakarpur is quashed. It is noted that present FIR has already been quashed against the co-accused persons vide order dated 28th September, 2015 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in Crl. M.C. 3509/2016 titled Rohit Kumar Singh & Anr. Vs. The State NCT of Delhi & Anr.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings are quashed against the petitioner as well. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
