Counsel for the parties submit that the parties have settled their dispute in mediation proceedings before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

The Settlement Agreement dated 14th May, 2025, (hereinafter "Settlement Agreement") which bears the signatures of the authorised representatives of the plaintiff and the defendants, has been placed on record.

I have perused the terms of the Settlement Agreement and do not find anything unlawful therein.

Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement. 5.

In view of the above, a decree is passed in the suit in terms of the Settlement Agreement.
