This is a petition filed under Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking enforcement of the Arbitral Award dated 05.03.2021.

The judgment-debtor has already deposited the decretal amount and the appeal under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is pending adjudication.

I am of the view that the Arbitral Award is in the nature of a money decree and the decree-holder must be entitled to enjoy the fruits thereof. 4.
