The present application under Section 482 of the CrPC seeks following prayers:- "In view of the facts and circumstances mentioned hereinabove, it is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the present application and take the payment receipt on record in compliance of order dated 08.02.2024 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, till the final disposal of the case; Any other or further order which this Hon hie Court deems fit and proper may also be passed in favour of the applicant / accused, in the interest of justice."
