% 23.01.2024 I.A. 1652/2024 in O.M.P.(I) (COMM.) 341/2023 The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 151 CPC seeking withdrawal of OMP (I)COMM. No.341/2023 filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. Mr. J. P. Singh, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have entered into a conciliation settlement dated 21.12.2023. Learned senior counsel submits that in view of the conciliation settlement he has received the instructions to withdraw the present petition. Learned senior counsel submits that the parties have already acted upon the conciliation settlement.
