By virtue of the present execution petition, the decree holder seeks execution of the decree dated 21.11.2024 passed by this Court in CS(COMM) 692/2023 titled Millennium & Copthorne International Limited v. Aryans Plaza Services Private Limited & Anr. 2.

Considering that the judgment debtors are not situated within the precinct of this Court, as requested by learned counsel for the decree holder, the Registry is directed to transfer the decree dated 21.11.2024 passed by this Court in CS(COMM) 692/2023 titled Millennium & Copthorne International Limited v. Aryans Plaza Services Private Limited & Anr. to the District and Sessions Court, Faridabad, Haryana in terms of Order XXI rule 6 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 3.
