He submits that he has been representing the respondent earlier also before it was dismissed for nonappearance/non-prosecution. Learned counsel is directed to check up with the registry and have the same placed on record before the next date of hearing.

Learned counsel for respondent submits that he does not wish to file reply to the restoration application and shall argue the matter before the Hon‟ble Court.
