The counsel for the respondent no.1 and the counsel for the respondent no.2 appear in response to the notice issued and state that they have no objection to the petition being allowed.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed.

RCA No.41/2016 titled as "BSES Rajdhani & Anr Vs. S.M. Bhatnagar" pending in the Court of Shri Ram Lal Meena, Additional District Judge, District (South-West), Dwarka Courts, New Delhi and stated to be listed next on 7th November, 2017 is, in exercise of powers under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC), ordered to be transferred to the Court of Shri Lalit Kumar, Additional District Judge, (Central) District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi and to be taken up before the Transferee Court on 17th January, 2018 when RCA No.61949/2016 already pending before the Transferee Court is stated to be listed next.

The Transferor Court to forthwith physically transfer the file of RCA No.41/2016.

The petition is disposed of.
