A sum of Rs.5,000/- was imposed as adjournment cost on the appellant by this Court by order dated 26.10.2017 to be deposited with the website www.bharatkeveer.gov.in within six weeks from 26.10.2017. On 07.03.2018, it was submitted by the appellant that he will move necessary application as he could not deposit cost due to financial hardship. But no such application has so far been filed. Cost has also not been paid.

Mr. V.N. Jha, learned counsel for the appellant states that he has no instructions to deposit the costs.

In the circumstances, the appeal is dismissed for non-compliance of

the order dated 26.10.2017 of this Court.
