Mr. Ankit Hooda, learned Counsel for Respondent 2 school, very fairly submits that his client is willing to treat the provisional admission granted to the petitioner pursuant to and in compliance with the order dated 19 October 2023 passed by this court as regular and final.

As such, the grievance of the petitioner stands assuaged. The petitioner shall be entitled to be continued to be educated by the Respondent 2 school as an EWS student and shall be entitled to all benefits to which EWS students are entitled.
