% 01.05.2017 The daughter of the petitioner (Deepshikha) has been produced. She is presently in Nirmal Chaaya, Jail Road, Hari Nagar. According to the status report, the date of birth of the girl is 02.01.2000 as verified by the School Certificate. Since the girl has been located and is in safe custody presently, this petition has become infructuous. It shall be open to the parties namely the petitioner on the one hand and respondent No. 3 on the other hand to have the issue relating to the custody of the girl resolved in accordance of law.
