This matter was mentioned in the morning. Learned counsel for the petitioner who appears now states that he had not mentioned it in the morning and, therefore, he states that he had not sought adjournment. 2.

The father of the applicant is present in Court who states that the learned counsel who appears before this Court at this stage is his only counsel.

In these circumstances, this Court recall the order of adjournment and since this is a bail application, this Court proceed to hear the matter. 4.

Trial Court Record not received, however, a report has been received. examined and, therefore, the learned counsel for the State submits that the matter be listed after the examination of the eye-witnesses. 5.
