Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that he raised certain arguments in this Writ Petition which have not been considered in the Order dated 22.02.2021. He states that a reading of the last three lines of the said Order indicates that the matter is only left for framing of charges. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to raise all the issues, including the issues raised in the present Petition, before the Trial Court at the time of framing of charges.

Leave and liberty, as prayed for, is granted. 3.

The Trial Court is directed to consider the contentions of the Petitioner herein at the time of farming of charges. 4.
