The Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of CrPC has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for quashing of FIR No. 326/2023 for the offence under Section 498A/406/34 of the IPC, registered at Police Station Rani Bagh, Delhi. 2.

A Status Report has been filed on behalf of the State wherein it is submitted that the Charge Sheet already stands filed wherein the husband, mother-in-law, father-in-law, have been charge sheeted under Section 498A/406/34 of the IPC while husband, Mr. Siddhartha Garg has additionally been charge sheeted for the offence under Section 377 of IPC. The brother-in-law, Mr. Saurabh Garg and sister-in-law Ms. Shruti Garg had been placed in Column No. 12.
