State has approached this Court challenging the Order dated 22.01.2020, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Karkardooma Courts, granting bail to the Respondent herein in FIR No.377/2016, registered at Police Station Krishna Nagar for offences under Sections 302/395/396/397/412/120B/34 IPC and Sections 25/27/54/49 Arms Act. 2.

The impugned Order was passed on 22.01.2020. It transpires that out of 45 witnesses, 35 have been examined.

There is no allegation against the Respondent that he has violated any of the conditions of bail.

In view of the fact that the Trial is at a fag end and the Respondent has not violated any of the conditions of bail, this Court is not inclined to proceed further with the matter at this stage, more so, because the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Complainant has not challenged the Order dated 22.01.2020. 5.

Liberty is granted to the State and the Complainant to approach the Competent Court in case the Petitioner violates any of the conditions of grant of bail.
