By order dated 22.09.2022, the Registry was directed to release the amount which has already been deposited in this Court by the judgment debtor to the decree holder. Mr. Rajesh Pathak, learned counsel for decree holder, states that the deposit was short of the awarded amount by an amount of approximately Rs. 9,11,104/-. The said amount has also since been deposited by the judgment debtor.

It appears that in the said order, there was no direction to release the accrued interest upon the amount which had been deposited by the judgment debtor pursuant to the order dated 09.12.2021. 3.

With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the enforcement proceedings are disposed of with the direction that the OMP (ENF.) (COMM.) 185/2019 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Registry will release to the decree holder any amount lying by way of accrued interest on the deposit made pursuant to the order dated 09.12.2021 [which was released under order dated 22.09.2022], and will also release to the decree holder the further amount of Rs.9,11,104/- deposited by the judgment debtor alongwith interest accrued thereupon. 4.
