The present petition under Sections 10/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act read with Section 151 of the CPC, seeks following prayer:- "In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, it is, therefore, most respectfully prayed this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to initiate the Contempt Proceedings against the Contemnor for noncompliance of order dated 18.05.2023 passed in W.P No.5637/2023 titled as Charlton Joseph Vs Municipal Corporation of Delhi & Ors. in the interest of justice."
