The present Petition has been filed seeking directions to transfer the investigation in FIR No. 374/2023 registered at PS Tigri under Sections 2.

341/308/34 IPC to some other unit of the Delhi Police. 3.

It is stated by the ASC that the Charge Sheet has already been filed in respect seven out of ten accused namely Mr. Kuldeep Sharma, Mr. Vinod Kumar, Mr. Yogesh, Mr. Vikas, Mr. Dev Kumar, Mr. Virender@Rai, Mr. Vivek@Gopal and the NBW has been issued against Mr. Abhimanyu and the rest two accused are stated to be untraceable. 4.

Nothing more survives in the present case and the Petition is accordingly disposed of.
