These are the petitions filed under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a period of 6 months.

It is stated that the parties have already concluded their final arguments and the matter is listed for pronouncement of Award. 3.
Issue notice.

Mr Rohatgi, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and states that he has no objection to the petitions being allowed. 5.
For the reasons noted above, I am of the view that sufficient cause has been explained for the delay. The petitions are allowed and the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a period of 6 months from today to make and publish the award.

The period from 30.04.2025 till today stands regularized. 7.
The present petitions are disposed of.
