This is a petition filed under Sections 14 and 15 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, for the appointment of a substitute arbitrator. 2.

Mr. Sharma, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, seeks to withdraw the petition and voluntarily undertakes to deposit Rs. 50,000/- as costs with Delhi High Court Bar Association within 4 weeks from today.

Proof of costs be filed within 5 weeks failing which the registry shall put up the file before the Court.

The petitioner is at liberty to raise all the grounds raised in the present petition at the time of filing a petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
