JUDGMENT

SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J. (ORAL) 1.

Petitioner seeks quashing of order dated 27.04.2023 whereby payment of training allowance has been stopped and also impugns order dated 13.09.2023 whereby a recovery has been directed against the petitioner.

same are still pending.

Learned counsel for respondent submits that the representations are under consideration of the Competent Authority and assures that the same shall be disposed of expeditiously.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of directing the respondent to decide the representations of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today.

Needless to state that if petitioner is aggrieved by any order passed on the representations, he shall be entitled to avail of such remedies as may be available in law.
