The grievance raised by the petitioner in the instant writ petition relates to changing the name of the road running from Naya Bans Khari Bawali to Hauz Qazi Ward No. 86, City Zone, Ballimaran, Delhi-110006. 2.
According to the petitioner, the road was earlier named as Hamdard Marg which has been changed to Late Mohd. Yusuf Marg. 3.
Looking at the nature of the controversy, the Court directs the petitioner to file a fresh representation as to why the road in question should be named as Hamdard Marg.

On receiving the representation, the respondent-Corporation shall deal with the same in accordance with law and pass a speaking order. 5.

writ petition i.e., non-approval by the Government of India, non-adherence to the extant Regulations etc.

The Court, however, is not inclined to consider the aforesaid controversy at this stage and leaves it open to the petitioner to approach the respondent-Corporation with respect to the aforesaid prayer by way of fresh representation.

Let the respondent-Corporation to consider it afresh keeping in mind the averments and submissions made by learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and also in view of the representation which is proposed to be submitted by the petitioner.

Let the respondent-Corporation to decide the representation without being influenced by the earlier order(s) passed. If such a representation is filed, let the same be decided as expeditiously as possible. 9.
The Court has not expressed any opinion on merits. All rights and contentions are left open.

With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands disposed of alongwith pending application.
