The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:- "It is therefore, respectfully prayed that this petition may kindly be accepted and respondent may kindly be summoned, contempt proceedings under contempt of courts Act, 1971 read with article 215 of The constitution of India be initiated for wilful, intentional disobedience/ violation of directions vide ANNEXURE P-1 TO P-3 dated 15/12/17, 22/11/16 & 9/2/16 and he be punished for contempt of court under section 12 of the contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with article 215 of The constitution ofIndia in Arb. Case No. 107/GH/Dy. Reg./Arb/2014-15 AND Any other appropriate order or direction which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case" 3.
