Learned counsel for the respondents hands over a copy of the Signal dated 11.07.2018, issued by the respondents stating inter alia that the petitioner has been sanctioned the pay scale of Rs.5500-175-9000 w.e.f. 09.08.1999 towards the benefits of the 2nd ACP and the said amount has been sent to the PAO for further action.

A copy of the said Signal is handed over by the learned counsel for the respondents with a copy furnished to the counsel for the petitioner and is taken on record. 2.

In view of the aforesaid developments, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition. The petition is disposed of. 3.

The respondents are directed to ensure that the amounts payable are deposited into account of the petitioner, if not already deposited, within three weeks.
