In any event, the present Petition seeks to challenge an Order dated 28.08.2019 by which an application under Order VI Rule 17 has been allowed by the learned Trial Court. Such an Order is not amenable to the revisionary jurisdiction of this Court, in terms of the proviso to Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

Accordingly, the Petition is dismissed.
