Counsel for the parties inform us that a settlement has been reached in the matter. In this regard, our attention has been drawn to the settlement agreement dated 22.03.2024 [hereinafter referred to as "SA"]. 2.

To be noted, the SA has been arrived at between the disputants under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre [in short, "Centre"].
