1. Mr. Chhibber, learned counsel for the Petitioner hands over a copy of the order dated 14th September 2018 whereby the Petitioner has been purportedly granted ACP benefits with effect from 2007. He further states that he would like to challenge this order as well in a separate petition as it still has not correctly fixed the Petitioner's pay.

2. With liberty to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies against the said order dated 14th September 2018, the petition is dismissed. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
