By way of present application, the applicants/parties jointly seek early hearing of the petition.

For the reasons stated in the application, the prayer made in the present application is allowed and the petition is taken up for hearing today itself.

Learned counsels for the parties submit that the parties have reached a settlement vide Settlement Agreement dated 02.12.2025, before Samadhan Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The same is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that in terms of the Settlement Agreement, the parties have a full and final settlement and the amount, which was deposited by the petitioner, in pursuance of the order dated The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
