Ld. Counsels for the parties submit that the disputes have been resolved in an arbitration petition being ARB. PET. 1322/2022 titled 'Sagar Verma v. Omsons Jewellers & Ors.'

Vide order dated 28th February, 2024, this Court disposed of the said petition in the terms below:
"6.
As per the said settlement, the disputes between the parties have finally been resolved and the settlement terms have been entered into by- · Mr. Sagar Verma (first party), · Ms. Mansi Verma (second party), · Ms. Sonal Verma (third party), · Mrs. Veena Verma (fourth party), all of whom are the legal heirs of Late Shri Ashok Kumar Verma and · M/s. Omsons Jewellers (fifth party), The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
· Mr. Suresh Verma (sixth party), · Mr. Mahesh Verma (seventh party) & · Mr. Anil Verma (eight party), who are the partners in the Respondent Firm.
The terms of settlement are contained in paragraphs to of the settlement agreement.

The Court has perused the settlement terms and the same are lawful. There is no impediment in recording the same. The amount of Rs. 1.5 crores as agreed in terms of the settlement shall be paid by the fifth party to the first party within 24 months effective from fifteen days of the signing of this Agreement by the parties.
All parties have signed the settlement terms along with their respective counsels and the Mediator has also signed the settlement agreement. The authority letters are annexed with the settlement agreement.

In view of the settlement, the Petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. All pending applications are also disposed of.
All parties shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement."

Accordingly, the present suit is also decreed in terms of the settlement terms contained in settlement agreement dated 25th September, 2023, which has been entered into between the parties.

The parties shall file in the Registry the fresh settlement dated 25th September, 2023, a copy of which has been handed over in Court. The terms contained in the settlement agreement are lawful. Parties and anyone else acting on their behalf shall be bound by the terms of the settlement. The said settlement agreement shall form the part of the decree. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

A copy of the duly signed settlement agreement, be filed within two weeks by the Plaintiff.

The present suit is accordingly decreed in terms of the settlement agreement dated 25th September, 2023. Let the decree sheet be drawn up. PRATHIBA M. SINGH, J.
