By way of present application, the applicant/petitioner seeks interim bail in FIR No.251/2024 registered under Section 21 NDPS Act at PS Swaroop Nagar, New Delhi, on the premises that the applicant's daughterin-law has undergone surgery to medically terminate pregnancy. The verification report has been handed over today in the Court which is taken on record. It is informed that applicant's son along with the mother of the daughter-in-law are there to look after the daughter-in-law. 2.

In view of the above, I find no ground to entertain the present application and the same is accordingly dismissed.
