The present application is filed seeking grant of regular bail in FIR No.164/2021 dated 24.06.2021 registered at Police Station Special Cell for offences under Sections 21/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 ('NDPS Act').

He submits that the trial is not proceeding and the applicant is in custody since 24.06.2021. He submits that he will be satisfied if the learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
