BAIL APPLN. 2554/2024 (under Section 439 of CrPC filed by the petitioner for grant of Bail) 3.

The application under Section 439 CrPC has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking grant of bail in FIR No. 486/2020 under Sections 376/506 of IPC and 6 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Bharat Nagar.

permission to withdraw this Bail Application with liberty to file afresh, after the prosecution evidence is concluded.

Considering that the accused is in judicial custody for about one year since 2020 and thereafter he was released on bail but was taken in judicial custody on 11.01.2023, the trial court is requested to expedite the trial. 6.

The Bail Application is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as sought.

The Petition is disposed of. The pending application also stands disposed of.
