This petition has been filed seeking interim bail for a period of 60 days in FIR No. 557/2021, registered at PS Moti Nagar under Sections 302/201/34 IPC on the ground of medical condition of the petitioner diagnosed with an 18 mm kidney stone, due to which, he claims, his condition worsening day by day.

At the outset, it is stated by Mr. Sanjay Jain, senior counsel appearing for the State that the petitioner is already getting treatment from Safdarjung Hospital.

Accordingly, as per Mr. Jain, there is no impediment in approaching before the Trial Court for this interim bail application. 5.
