By virtue of the present application, the petitioner seeks leave of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the present petition since it has become infructuous in view of the Divorce Petition bearing H.M.A. no. 1264/2023 titled 'Ankit Aggarwal V. Uma Gupta' being withdrawn by the respondent pursuant to the Compromise Deed dated 30.04.2025. 2.

For the reasons stated in the present application and in view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner is granted liberty to withdraw the present petition.

Needless to say, the aforesaid Compromise Deed dated 30.04.2025 shall form part of the record of the present petition. 4.

The next date of listing, i.e. 14.10.2025 shall stand cancelled. 5.
