By virtue of the present petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of CS No.525/2025 entitled 'Jagdish Tytler v. Aamazone Exports LLP & Ors.' pending adjudication before the learned District Judge-04, Dwarka Courts, Delhi to this Court, and consolidate the proceedings therein with the proceedings in CS (OS) No.714/2023 entitled 'M/s. Aamazone Exports LLP v. Jagdish Tytler' pending adjudication before this Court. 2.

It is the case of the petitioner that both the abovementioned suits between the same parties are involving the same property, i.e. Farmhouse No.F-8, Pushpanjali, Ansal Farms, Bijwasan, New Delhi-110 061 ('subject property').

As per facts, CS (OS) No.714/2023 entitled 'M/s. Aamazone The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Exports LLP v. Jagdish Tytler' was instituted before this Court by the petitioner seeking a decree of possession, permanent injunction, and mesne profit with respect to the subject property. 4.

Subsequent thereto, the respondents have also instituted CS No.525/2025 entitled 'Jagdish Tytler v. Aamazone Exports LLP & Ors.' before the learned District Judge-04, Dwarka Courts, Delhi for declaration and permanent injunction, also with respect to the subject property. 5.

Issue notice.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 accepts notice. 7.

At the outset, learned counsel submits that since there is no dispute that the subject property involved in both the suits is the same, as also the parties involved therein are also the same, without prejudice to his rights, as also without going into the merits of the contentions raised by the petitioner, he has no objection if the present petition is allowed and CS No.525/2025 entitled 'Jagdish Tytler v. Aamazone Exports LLP & Ors.' is transferred from the Court of the learned District Judge-04, Dwarka Courts, Delhi to this Court.

Accordingly, the present petition is allowed, and CS No.525/2025 entitled 'Jagdish Tytler v. Aamazone Exports LLP & Ors.' is transferred from the Court of the learned District Judge-04, Dwarka Courts, Delhi to this Court. Let the same be listed before the Bench hearing CS (OS) No.714/2023 entitled 'M/s. Aamazone Exports LLP v. Jagdish Tytler'. 9.

Needless to mention, learned counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that he shall file the replication to the written statement filed by the petitioner before the learned District Judge-04, Dwarka Courts, Delhi in CS No.525/2025 on the next date of hearing before it. The petition, alongwith the pending application, stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
