The Settlement Agreement dated 9th April, 2025 has been placed on record which bears the signatures of the plaintiff and the authorized representative of the defendant.

In terms of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement, the plaintiff seeks to withdraw the present suit.

Accordingly, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

All pending applications stand disposed of.
