The present petition for transfer of Ct. Case No.56892/2016 titled "Smt. Gulshan Praveen v. Sh. Nafees Ahmad & Ors." has been instituted pursuant to order dated 07th July, 2025 passed by the Registrar General of this Court. The said order was passed in view of the request made by the Principal District and Sessions Judge (East), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, indicating that the proceedings of the present complaint case are presently ongoing before the jurisdictional JMFC Court of Police Station Geeta Colony in East District. However, as informed by the SHO, Geeta Colony, the address of the Complainant falls under Police Station Jagat Puri, which comes under the jurisdiction of JMFC of District Shahdara, and accordingly, the present complaint case be transferred to the jurisdictional JMFC in District Shahdara.

In view of the minutes of the Hon'ble Administrative and General Supervision committee of this Court dated 15th April, 2019 as quoted in the order dated 07th July, 2025 passed by the Registrar General of this Court, Ct. Case No. 56892/2016 titled "Smt. Gulshan Praveen v. Sh. Nafees Ahmad & Ors." which is presently pending before the Court of Ms. Rishika Srivastava, JMFC (Mahila Court-01), East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi is transferred to the Court of Jurisdictional JMFC in District Shahdara, Kakardooma Courts. Parties are directed to appear before the Transferee Court on 11th August, 2025. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of. A copy of this order be sent immediately without fail to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, District Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts, for necessary information and compliance.
