The petitioner in the instant contempt petition asserts non-compliance of the order dated 11.03.2024. He submits that the respondent has wilfully disobeyed the direction of the Court to file a Status Report within four weeks from the date of the said order.

Learned counsel who appears for the respondent has explained, through multiple reasons, as to why the same could not be done within the said time frame and further asserts that the status report shall be filed within two working days.

Let the status report be placed on record within two working days. 4.
Accordingly, in view of the aforesaid, the Court does not find any reason to draw any contempt proceedings against the respondent. 5.
Accordingly, the instant contempt proceedings stands disposed of. W.P.(C) 3094/2024 6.
Let the respondent to place on record their counter affidavit within two working days.
