This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition under Section 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:

"a) Initiate contempt of court proceedings against the respondents/ contemnor for having deliberately flouted and disobeyed the directions passed by this Hon'ble Court view judgment and order dated 01.06.2024 in Review Petition No. 228/2024 in the interest of justice.

b) direct to the respondents/contemnors do not initiate again any committed act or similar act in the society.

c) pass any such other Order or relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case."

The order dated 01.06.2024 passed in Review Petition No. 228/2024 reads as thus:

"1. Present review petition has been filed allegedly by the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Respondent No.3/Society seeking review of the judgement dated 14th May, 2024 passed by this Court.

The said application is stoutly opposed by Mr. Kundu, learned counsel for the Administrator on the ground that the Respondent-Cooperative Society is represented by him and not by the Applicant. He emphasises that the managing committee has been superseded by the Registrar, Cooperative Society and no order has been passed directing holding of fresh elections. 3.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the Applicant on instructions of Mr. Kartar Singh Dahiya, who is personally present in Court, states that whatever records of the Cooperative Society are available with the Cooperative Society shall be handed over to the Administrator today itself.

He further states that the Applicant shall not represent to any one that there is a managing committee of the RespondentCooperative Society in office. 5.

Recording the aforesaid undertakings and holding the Applicant bound by the same, the present application is disposed of."

On a pointed query to the learned counsel for the petitioner as to which direction of the aforesaid order has not been complied with and by whom, he is not able to answer the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention of this Court to letter dated 15.06.2024 sent by Office of Sub Divisional Magistrate (Punjabi Bagh) to SHO, Paschim Vihar, West, New Delhi, wherein the directions have been given to provide assistance for search operation with respect to the office of the society to collect the records.

This Court finds no connection of the aforesaid letter with the order dated 01.06.2024 for non-compliance of which the present petition has been filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to satisfy the query of this Court. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed and disposed of.
