This application has been filed to restore the contempt petition which has been disposed of by order dated 27th November 2024. 2.

By the said order, it had been recorded that the Special Leave Petition filed by respondents had been dismissed and the steps for purpose of compliance of directions contained in para 8 of the order dated 01st March 2024 passed by the Division Bench in W.P.(C) 10193/2019 shall be carried out within four weeks.

Mrs. Avnish Ahlawat, Standing Counsel for respondents states, on instructions, that they have already invited the concerned candidates. A notice dated 19th February 2025 has been handed up to the Court where it is noted that the candidature of 11 candidates were found in merit and hence, provisionally nominated for the post of TGT (Sanskrit) Male, Post Code - 144/17.

The respondent No.3/Board (Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board) has requisitioned all relevant documents inter alia educational qualifications etc. from the said candidates and directed them to upload them.

It is stated that 7 candidates have uploaded their documents. 7.

The Board shall consider the candidature of the candidates who are uploading their documents and the same shall be forwarded to the concerned department of the Directorate of Education for further compliance two weeks.
