Having heard learned counsel for the parties present, this Court finds that the present contempt petition is not maintainable. 4.

However, there is merit in the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that despite representation dated 06.03.2024 made by the petitioner before the respondent, as well as the order dated 01.04.2024 passed in Writ Petition bearing no.4682/2024, the respondent is taking too long to decide his representation and four months have elapsed since then.

inadvertent mistake in the GeM portal, whereby the bid of the petitioner was not correctly shown.
